Sunsynk system planning and support questions
How do I choose between a single-phase and three-phase Sunsynk system?
Start with the property’s electrical supply and the circuits that need backup. Then assess simultaneous demand, starting loads and, for three-phase sites, how loads are distributed between phases. The selected inverter’s model-specific limits and the installation design determine which loads can be supported.
Can I use an existing lithium battery?
The exact inverter and battery models must be checked together. Voltage range, supported BMS communications, firmware and battery discharge limits all matter. Send MicroSec the model numbers and existing equipment details when requesting an upgrade. See Sunsynk’s inverter information and the applicable model documentation.
What information helps resolve a monitoring connection problem?
Provide the inverter model, data logger model, app used, the time data last updated and a screenshot of the connection status or alarm. Do not send passwords. Sunsynk directs customers to its data logger instructions and support resources for setup; access transfers are handled through the monitoring portal when ownership or installer arrangements change.
Where can I find Sunsynk manuals and firmware support?
The official Sunsynk support page links to product manuals, datasheets and technical support. Match documentation to the full equipment model. Firmware requirements depend on the equipment and issue; request the appropriate support process rather than applying files intended for another model.
Request a Sunsynk assessment from MicroSec
Send your site location, essential loads, required backup duration and existing equipment details. For a new solar project, include electricity bills and operating hours where available. Request a Sunsynk quotation or read our commercial solar and battery planning answers.
Professional design and installation
MicroSec designs each system around the actual site loads, required backup duration, solar production, cable sizing, protection, earthing, programming, monitoring and future expansion requirements.
