MicroSec Helios • Going live 1 September 2026
MicroSec Helios brings AI-assisted solar design, technical workflows, monitoring onboarding, energy intelligence and paid professional outputs into one platform for homeowners, businesses, installers and EPC teams.
Professional guided support for solar, batteries, inverters, generators, monitoring, system design and ROI, with technical review where verification is required.
Capture site, roof, load, panel and equipment information and prepare a structured preliminary design ready for MicroSec engineering verification.
Onboard supported Victron, Sunsynk, GoodWe, ATESS, Deye, SMA and other energy systems into a unified monitoring workflow as integrations are authorised.
Energy-use investigation, load optimisation, efficiency, automation, power-quality, generator and performance reporting workflows for homes through industrial facilities.
Service workflows can route through the MicroSec shop for checkout and payment before scheduled work, with the applicable service and travel requirements captured first.
Unlock professional design and technical outputs according to the selected service, account, subscription or credit entitlement.
Helios is being built for different site realities: supported manufacturer/API connections, authorised existing monitoring-platform connections, and structured data/manual onboarding where a direct integration is not yet available. Availability depends on the equipment platform and authorised integration.
Helios calculations and preliminary outputs remain subject to final engineering, compatibility, compliance and commercial verification where applicable.
The MicroSec difference
Cable sizing, voltage drop, breaker and fuse coordination, earthing and equipment compatibility are considered as part of the design.
Inverters, batteries, MPPTs, generators and monitoring platforms are programmed and commissioned for the intended operating conditions.
Solutions can include Victron Energy, BSL Battery, GoodWe, ATESS, Sunsynk, Deye, Trina Solar and other technically suitable equipment.
Monitoring, maintenance, fault finding and technical assistance remain part of the MicroSec service offering.
Start with the right information
Send MicroSec your electricity usage, bill or project requirements and we can prepare the next technical step.

Hello 👋 I’m MicroSec Helios. How can I assist you today? Ask me anything solar.
I can help with solar, batteries, inverters, MPPTs, monitoring, generators, system design and ROI. I use the MicroSec technical database first, verified manufacturer information next, and optional web research where configured.
Helios outputs are preliminary estimates based on information supplied by the user. Final engineering, SANS compliance, equipment compatibility, HelioScope modelling, pricing and quotation are verified by MicroSec.
