Large Victron, Deye, Megarevo and Dyness energy options
Projects from 200 kW to 5 MW: Megarevo with Dyness storage. This is MicroSec’s standard offering for larger commercial and industrial projects. Battery energy capacity in kWh, discharge power and the exact supported equipment configuration are designed around the site’s demand and backup requirements.
Victron commercial systems up to 150 kVA can also be assessed for larger office parks and commercial sites. Final three-phase and parallel configuration, continuous active power in kW, compatible battery storage, generator integration and protection are specified for the actual load and operating conditions. The 150 kVA system rating is apparent power; usable continuous kW depends on the selected equipment and conditions.
For larger office parks and commercial properties, MicroSec assesses three-phase solar and battery energy-storage systems around measured demand, backup priorities and operating hours.
- Deye high-voltage commercial solar systems — Larger hybrid inverter and storage configurations for suitable commercial sites, sized to the required power and backup duration.
- Megarevo commercial and industrial energy systems — Inverter and energy-storage options for larger loads, solar integration and supported generator applications.
- Dyness battery storage options — Discuss a matched Deye or Megarevo proposal with Dyness storage. MicroSec confirms the exact inverter and battery models, battery voltage, BMS communications, firmware and manufacturer-supported compatibility before specifying the combination.
Inverter power in kW and battery energy in kWh are sized separately. Send your electricity bills, site location and essential-load requirements to request a large commercial solar and storage quotation. Final equipment, availability and project scope are confirmed in writing.
Additional products and Helios for office parks
- Deye LV and HV solar and storage systems — Equipment selected for the site load, battery requirements and supported configuration.
- Request a LuxPower solar and backup quotation — Confirm the appropriate inverter, compatible storage and installation scope with MicroSec.
- Helios Connect Monitoring — Supported alerts, history, reporting and site intelligence.
For suitable larger rooftop PV areas, Helios Solar Thermal Watch can add thermographic monitoring and alarm escalation. Qualifying commercial projects can use the solar finance options (36, 48 or 60 months).
Plan office-park solar around tenants and shared services
Office parks can combine daytime office demand with shared lighting, access control, security, pumps and other building services. MicroSec assesses the supply arrangement, available roof space, operating hours and measured consumption before recommending solar PV and battery capacity.
Which loads should remain operational during an outage?
Identify the circuits that need backup, such as communications, security, access control and selected office equipment. Air conditioning, lifts and pumps need separate assessment for their power and starting requirements. Backup duration and supported generator integration form part of the agreed design.
How are tenant meters and shared electricity costs considered?
Provide the main supply bills and details of tenant and common-area metering. The assessment must establish where solar generation connects and which loads it can serve. Any proposed allocation of savings or changes to billing requires an agreed metering and management arrangement.
What should a property manager send for a quotation?
Start with recent electricity bills, the property location, roof drawings where available, occupancy and operating hours, existing inverter or generator details and essential-load priorities. Interval consumption data helps compare solar generation with demand.
Review our commercial solar assessment process and electricity-bill and solar ROI analysis, or request an office-park solar quotation. Savings estimates depend on the tariff, consumption, generation and final project scope.
