A credible commercial model starts with interval consumption and maximum-demand data. PV yield should include irradiation, orientation, shading, temperature, mismatch, cabling, inverter, soiling, degradation and availability losses.
Design and verification requirements
Financial outputs must state tariff periods, escalation, export assumptions, maintenance, insurance, financing, tax treatment and replacement allowances. Technical design should also assess structural loading, point of connection, protection coordination, export control, monitoring and maintainability.
