Commissioning Technical Guide
Engineering basis
Before energisation, verify approved drawings, equipment ratings, mechanical completion, conductor identification, polarity, continuity, insulation, earthing and protection settings. Manufacturer commissioning sequences and firmware compatibility must be observed.
Design and verification requirements
Functional testing should prove PV start-up, charging, discharging, protected-load limits, grid loss, transfer, generator control where fitted, shutdown, recovery, communications, alarms and remote access. Handover includes settings, test records, drawings, warranties and operating procedures.
