Preventive maintenance
Maintenance can include visual, thermal, mechanical and electrical inspections; performance comparison; module and mounting checks; cable and connector inspection; corrosion assessment; alarm review; and documented corrective actions.
Request solar maintenance or fault finding
Use the solar service booking page for a maintenance or diagnostic enquiry. Include the site location, inverter and battery models, installation age, fault or alarm messages and available monitoring screenshots. State whether the request concerns reduced production, backup performance, repeated trips or a scheduled inspection.
