Once-off setup & commissioning: R12,950 ex VAT.

AI Voice Processing Minutes
The processing allowance covers Helios AI speech processing, response generation, workflow execution, cloud compute, logging and platform resources. The customer’s own airtime, SIP or carrier charges remain separate where applicable.
Cloud data & privacy
Operational call metadata, classifications, workflow actions, job cards, audit history and reporting are stored in the MicroSec Helios cloud under the configured retention policy. Transcript retention is configurable. Call recording is disabled by default unless specifically enabled under an agreed policy.
Setup includes
System configuration, phone-number setup or porting support, multi-team call-flow design, Helios/CRM workflow integration, testing, training and go-live support.
