What the processing allowance means
AI Voice Processing Minutes measure the time Helios actively processes conversations. They are separate from the customer’s mobile airtime, SIP trunk or carrier charges. The allowance covers AI speech processing, response generation, workflow processing, cloud compute, logging and associated platform resources. Usage above the included allowance is billed separately or moved to the appropriate plan.
Cloud data & privacy
Operational call metadata, classifications, workflow actions, job cards, audit history and reporting are stored in the MicroSec Helios cloud for the configured retention period. Transcripts may be retained according to the customer’s selected policy. Call recording is disabled by default and is enabled only where specifically agreed and configured, with retention rules applied.
Setup includes
System configuration, phone-number setup or porting support, call-flow and workflow design, testing, training and go-live support.
