Warranty Guardian gives authorised teams a structured record of what was installed, when work was performed and which evidence supports a warranty or service follow-up. It helps reduce fragmented paperwork and makes technical history easier to retrieve when a supplier, technician or customer needs supporting information.
Digital delivery
This is a digital Helios service. No physical product is shipped. Access, onboarding and applicable permissions are handled through the Helios workflow after purchase.
Important scope
Warranty Guardian organises records and supporting evidence; it does not extend a manufacturer warranty, guarantee approval of a warranty claim or replace the manufacturer’s warranty terms and assessment process.
