AI Voice Processing Minutes
The processing allowance is independent of the customer’s own airtime or carrier package. It covers the Helios AI processing layer, including speech processing, AI response generation, workflow execution, cloud compute, logging and platform resources.
Cloud data & privacy
Operational metadata, classifications, workflow actions, job cards, audit history and reports are retained in the MicroSec Helios cloud according to the configured retention policy. Transcript retention is policy-controlled. Call recording remains off by default unless specifically agreed and configured.
Setup includes
System configuration, phone-number setup or porting support, custom call-flow design, Helios workflow setup, testing, training and go-live support.
