Monthly licence: from R24,950 ex VAT.
Enterprise setup base: from R24,950 ex VAT once-off.
This website checkout base: R49,900 ex VAT before tax.
Enterprise scope is confirmed before commissioning. Larger call volumes, additional departments, specialist integrations, infrastructure or SLA requirements may require a customised quote.
AI Voice Processing allowance
Enterprise plans use a custom high-volume processing allowance rather than an unlimited claim. The allowance covers AI speech processing, response generation, workflow execution, cloud compute, logging and platform resources. Customer carrier or SIP charges remain separate where applicable.
Cloud data & privacy
Operational data is stored in the MicroSec Helios cloud under an agreed retention policy unless an approved alternative architecture is selected. Transcript retention is configurable. Call recording is disabled by default and only enabled where specifically agreed, configured and appropriate.
